What if I’m not sure what legal service I need?

How long does an opinion take?
It depends entirely on the question and how much documentation has to be reviewed. We will give you a realistic timeline when we scope it.
Can a third party rely on the opinion?
Only if it is addressed to them or expressly permits their reliance. We will agree the addressee and any reliance at the outset.
What if the answer is unfavourable?
