This Personal Data Protection Notice (“Notice”) is issued pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and its amendments. It explains how Messrs Akmal Saufi & Co. (“the Firm”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your personal data.
