Savings are based on RM250 per agreement and assume all kuota is used. They are the most you can save, not a promise. Kuota expires each month. Fees are paid in advance and are not refundable. All prices include SST.
Paying per draft means a new payment, a new receipt and often a new request for approval every time. A yearly plan is one payment for twelve months. Finance approves it once and files one receipt. After that, you draft when you need to.
One kuota is one draft, whether it’s your 1st NDA or your 12th Service Agreement, and whoever the other party is.

You pay the plan fee first. There’s no refund if you stop early or don’t use your kuota.
Counted from the day you join, not the calendar month. Unused kuota doesn’t roll over.
Starter paid yearly gives you 5 drafts every month, not 60 on day one.
Pay only the price difference for the time left. Example: Starter yearly to Growth yearly after 3 months is RM6,300. Your end date stays the same.
You can switch to a smaller plan when your plan renews.
If you don’t finish it within 60 days, the draft expires and the kuota is used.
It isn’t part of your kuota. Choose it when you pay for a draft: RM599 for members, RM899 without a plan.
