Is a plan the same as having a lawyer on retainer?

No. A plan covers agreements on Legal That Works, at a lower price per agreement. It does not include legal advice. When you need a lawyer, book a lawyer review at the member price, or book a consultation.

What is a kuota?

One kuota is one agreement from our catalogue, for any counterparty. Starting an agreement uses one kuota.

What if I don’t use all my kuota?

Kuota expires at the end of each month and doesn’t roll over. Pick the plan that matches how many agreements you usually need.

What if I run out of kuota?

Buy extra agreements at RM250 each, on any plan, or move up to a bigger plan.

What are seats?

Seats are the people in your business who can log in and use the plan: 2 on Lite, 5 on Starter and 10 on Growth.

Can we sign online?

Yes. Each agreement comes with 2 free e-sign sends, then RM5.90 a send. Everyone signs online and you get a sealed PDF with a Signing Record.

What is a reissue?

Save an agreement as a template and issue it again for a new party without using kuota. Lite includes 10 free reissues, Starter 30 and Growth 150, given once when your plan starts.

Is lawyer review included?

No. Lawyer review is booked separately. Members pay RM599 a booked session. Without a plan, an agreement with lawyer review is from RM899.

Can you review an agreement that wasn’t made in the app?

Yes. We also review agreements from outside, quoted case by case. Talk to us and tell us about the agreement.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

You can cancel any time to stop the next payment. Fees already paid are paid in advance and are not refundable.

Can I change my plan?

Yes. You can move to a bigger or smaller plan from your account.

How do I pay?

Online, when you choose your plan in the app. Pay monthly, or pay yearly and save 10%. Plans are paid in advance.

Do the prices include SST?

Yes. All prices include SST.

We only need 1 agreement a month. Should we join?

If it’s every month, Lite (RM299) already costs less than paying RM349 each time, and adds seats, reissues and e-signing. If it’s only now and then, pay per agreement.

How do I join?
