We help you structure, grow, and protect your business through practical legal solutions—delivered fast, in plain English & Bahasa Malaysia, and with no office visit required.
What if I’m not sure what legal service I need?
No problem. Most business owners aren’t legal experts! Just reach out. Our team will guide you to the right service or help you understand your options—without jargon or upselling.
What happens if a matter falls outside the retainer scope?
We tell you before any work starts, and quote it separately. Nothing outside scope is ever billed without your written agreement first.
Can we start with a shorter commitment?
Yes. We normally begin with an initial period so both sides can test the arrangement before committing to a longer term.
Do unused hours carry forward?
That depends on the arrangement we agree. We will set it out explicitly in the retainer letter so there is no ambiguity later.
Who actually does the work?
You will have a named lawyer responsible for your account. Where a matter needs specialist input we will tell you who is involved and why.
Does a retainer replace having our own in-house counsel?
For many businesses it does, until volume justifies a full-time hire. For businesses that already have in-house counsel, a retainer usually supplements them on specialist or overflow work.
